Privacy Policy

Drunk Food uses location only while the app is in use to find restaurants near you. Location permission is optional, and you can search another city without granting it.

Information we process

Owner accounts may include an email address, optional phone number, ownership claims, listing updates, uploaded restaurant photos, deals, promotions, purchase entitlement status, and aggregated listing analytics. Consumer favorites are stored on the device. Apple processes App Store payments; Drunk Food receives signed transaction and entitlement information, not your payment-card details.

How information is used

We use information to provide restaurant discovery, verify ownership, prevent fraudulent claims, manage listings, activate purchased features, display sponsored placements, provide support, and protect the service. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Data is processed by service providers needed to operate the app, including Apple and Supabase. Public restaurant information, approved photos, published deals, and sponsored labels may be visible to app users. Claim evidence and administrator notes are not public. We retain data while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, refund, and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You may deny location access, remove favorites, contact support about a listing, or permanently delete an owner account and associated owner data in the iOS app or the owner web portal.
