Drunk Food helps users discover restaurants and lets verified restaurant representatives manage listing information. Restaurant hours, availability, prices, menus, deals, ratings, and other third-party information can change; confirm important details with the restaurant.

Owner accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and claim only a business you are authorized to represent. We may request evidence, reject or revoke a claim, moderate content, or suspend access to protect users and businesses.

Subscriptions and sponsored placements

Owner Pro is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Apple Account subscription settings. A featured placement is a one-time consumable purchase that runs for seven days and does not renew automatically. Sponsored listings are labeled. Apple handles billing, refunds, and applicable purchase terms.

Acceptable content

Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use, misleading promotions, unlawful content, malware, or material that violates another person’s rights. Approved restaurant information may be displayed publicly in the app.

Account deletion and changes

Owner accounts can be deleted in the iOS app or the owner web portal. We may update these terms as the service evolves and will post the current version here.
